In 2001, good friends Kathy "Katie" Williams and Nina "Mae" Carter sought out to establish a new local business targeted to serve the flower and gift opportunities within the Polk, Paulding and Floyd County areas delivering to not only Rockmart, but also Cedartown, Rome, Cartersville, Dallas, Hiram and Buchannan. In our founding, we knew that our success and growth must be based upon a superior product delivered at a competitive price. Additionally, we also truly believed that it must be based upon developing friendships and personal relationships with our customers. During our seven + years in business, those qualities have enabled us to listen to our customers and friends, and have the ability to create that special arrangement or gift just for you!

Business Hours
| Our normal business hours are:
Monday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday we close at 1:oo pm off-season. If you call after business hours, we have a emergency # for after hours orders. We are always available for your floral or gift needs and never mind hearing from you.
We are closed on Sundays and the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Delivery Policy
| We wire orders to anywhere you may need flowers or gifts using 1800 flowers, FTD, or Teleflora. A wire fee of $5.00 will be added to all Nationwide orders.
A delivery fee of $5.00 - $15.00 will be added to any Local orders outside the Rockmart City Limits.
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We do deliver to Funeral Homes on Sunday, all other orders recieved after 12:00 noon on Saturday will be taken care of on Monday morning.

Holiday Deliveries
| To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Administrative Professionals Week, Easter, , Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Sales Tax
| Every order placed with us will be charged a sales tax of 7%, applied to the amount of the order, excluding any additional delivery or wire fees. This tax rate is based upon the current State and Local Sales Tax Rates our business is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (800) 684-0913. We are unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

Substitution Policy
| Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color
